Tution class in d society… Chairman of d soc is objecting against d classes…I hav taken all d necessary measures that my classes shd not be troublesome for any flatmembers….I m d legal owner of my flat but soc. Is not issuing me d sharecertificate n dey consider me as d rental….plz guide me What legal proceedings can b done to come out from torture…soc is registered under Gujarat cooperative housing.
