I m a spinfed rajasthan employee recruited in april 2015 on regular post on probation ( probation period 2 yrs. ) now a termination letter is issued to me saying that since spinfed production process is not going on so you are terminated.
While govt. Had decided to give govt. Jobs to all employees of spinfed.
Pl. Suggest what to do
Is it right to terminate the employees recruited through proper vaccancy and under RSR on regular posts on probation while COMPLETED 1 Yr. Of service . Saying that since spinfed is in loss we terminate the employees on probation while others are given jobs……
Isnt it partiality…….
Is spinfed in loss due to probationers employees….. pl. Suggest me what to do now……

We do not deal with employee issues. They are bilateral and third party can not help unless a lawyer is engaged.
