I am staying in co operative housing soc at Worli, Mumbai, our society have 11 floor building i stay in 5th floor ,in many flats( including my) crack in ceiling found and floor tiles of many floors are coming out it is a structure damage our society is planning to do major repairs but managing committee refuse to take ceiling repairing under major repairs.is there any law that it should cover
Can you pl advice as per bye laws 160(a) structure repair of roof of all flat ,does it means celing of flats?
