Kindly advise as to why builders at times insist on Coop Maintenance Society instead of Coop Hsg Society in Goa. What are the pros and cons and the financial implications involved.

“Maintenance Society” is one having object of maintaining society properties belonging to other societies.
Builder’s insistence has no meaning unless rest of the Promoters also agree.
