I am from Mumbai and I have been fighting against self-willed management of self-willed managing committee of my residential society.
In this regard I complained to the Deputy Registrar ( DR ) on 30th April 2016. When I found that the DR is not responding to my complaint, I also complained to :
the Divisional Joint Registrar ( DJR ) on 05-07-2016 and the Commissioner of Co-operation and Registrar of Co-operative Societies on 09-08-2016.
When still did not get any response, I further complained to the District Collector ( DC ) on Lokshahi Din, on 14-09-2016.
On 10-11-2016, Dr called for hearing. And it was just finished within 5 minutes.
When I found, still no concrete action was being taken by the DR, I complained to the Chief Minister’s Grievance Redressal Portal ( GRP ), on 09-01-2017.
DR submitted his report dt. 17-01-2017 to GRP, which I received on 23-01-2017.
DC prepared his report dt. 15-02-2017 which is based on the report by the District Deputy Registrar ( DDR ) which I received on 17-02-2017.
I am not satisfied ( on the contrary I am aggrieved ) with the reports of the DR, DDR and DC.
Because, all the 3 authorities, ignored my evidences, facts and the laws.
I have pointed out 13 faults in DC’s report and 27 faults in DR’s report.
Sir,….. in this scenario, would you please guide me what should I do next ?
Should I assume that DR’s reports prepared for GRP and DC are the reply to my complaint? Or should I once again ask him for the reply of my complaint ?

My pleadings before DR, GRP and DC are as follows :
- To check the eligibility of the present committee members and to declare whether the present committee is proper or improper ?
- To stop the manufacturing of medicine in the residential premises.
- To stop the misappropriation of the funds.
- To make the conduct of the managing committee, adhering to the laws and the rules.
My 1st issue is very serious because the managing committee sold the stilt parking to the non members of the society and made them the members of the society ( which is absolutely against laws and supreme court’s judgement ).
And one of the non-member was holding post of treasurer in the managing committee.

My 3rd issue is about the ‘Misappropriation of the Fund’ and is more complicated.
So I shall discuss it in my next letter, if you allow me and oblige.

1st of all hats off to your patience and persuasive capacity!
Since every Authority has washed off their hands there is a case for any neutral person to go in to facts to discern the merits to see if they are in consonance with huge efforts. I am prepared to have a dispassionate look.
