Some of our society members have removed their balcony walls and taken the dry balcony space inside their apartments without approval from the society.
My queries are as follows:
What process needs to be followed to take appropriate action against such members? Also what process to be followed by the society here onwards if such restructuring requests comes in future?

Such alterations need consent of the Authority passing the building plan.
