Need your valuable guidance about leakage in the hall of my flat. My hall wall from outside is not properly plastered from 7th floor to ground floor. This wall is open from outside. The hall wall is having leakage due to this. Letter has been given to the society chairman, they inspect the wall from outside. But now they refuse to do the repair work now. They are saying we will not do this, you have to do it on your own.
This is SRA redevelopment 9 years old building. Can you please advise what to do now?
