I am living in a society named Pristine East Winds Co-op. Housing society Gat. No. 1366, Nagar Road Wagholi Ta. Haveli District Pune Maharashtra state, and Registration No. PNA/PNS(5)/HSG(TC)/16291/2015-2016 Date. 19/10/2015.

Following queries related to society:
1) Water Charges are equal (1BHK and 2BHK) or Number of water inlet?
The Society two types are flat, 1BHK (32 Nos) and 2BHK (56 Nos).

As per model by law (97th constitutional amendment and Maharashtra co-op. Society) Sr. No.70a(i) water charges on the basis of total number and size of inlets provided in each flat.
Is there any change in the above bye law ? If yes please send details.

2) Allotment of Parking spaces.

Some members’ Flat purchase agreement has 2 Parking spaces mentioned and the builder charged an extra amount 2Lakh.one parking. That time I am not getting extra amount paid to the builder so the builder not mention parking spaces in my flat agreement Index 2., but society 5 parking space is empty and not allotment that parking space to any member.

I wrote an application to the society for the allotment of one parking space. But the society demands 2 Lakh for parking space allotment.

I C Naik

There is no change in bye-laws. These are the registered bye-laws of your C H S and the Society can by /3rd Majority decide to amend the bye-laws and register the amendment with the same authority which registered your Society.  You can inspect the society’s copy or the registered bye-laws and satisfy yourself. It is a fact finding matter and not a legal matter.
