After the death of my brother, my sister who shared his Flat in a Housing Society in Bandra, Mumbai, has been physically and emotionally abused. The Housing Society Secretary has ignored this crime.
Because I live abroad, I am trying to find out the proper authority in Mumbai to which I may e-mail full details for appropriate action to be taken quickly.
