It is a good idea to be constantly exploring avenues for employment. Cooperative society is not an individual employment avenue. One needs at least 10 individuals to go for it.
Since cooperative society has attracted your attention, I suggest you approach any cooperative society for a 3-6 months apprenticeship in cooperative society management with no remuneration. If your interest sustains for 3 months there are chances that you get a beneficial employment.
