We four members r harassed by the one secretary who is running the affairs of the society for last 30 continuous years. He demands 45 lacs from me and for 4 complainant he demands 1.41 crores as outstanding which includes legal charges into and penalties for their defaults.
Dy reg is helping them by avoiding any actions for last 15 years.

This is a dispute to be taken to Cooperative Court under Section 91 of the MCS Act. Hire a good lawyer as the stakes are too high.
My Society did a survey of my apartment thru a civil contractor and his findings show that floor tiles are uneven .as joints at different levels and the flooring needs to be opened up to see if no structural damage below . Bldg is 50 yrs old
Do I have to oblige as it will be a big cost for my flooring to change
