I am from Mangalore (Karnataka) the reason I’ve mailed you is because, I am planning to start a petrol bunk near to fisheries port (bunder) so planning to start a Co operative society I consulted a CA were he told me to make by laws so it’ll be really helpful if u could help me on this

No single person can start  a Cooperative Society.

Ten individuals belonging to independent families have to make an application for registration. Second very important condition that the Registrar should find your proposal to start cooperative society economically viable. So it is advisable  to get the economic feasibility of the proposed cooperative society examined and approved by the Registrar as feasible and viable.
