We are a building with 12 members in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai under Cidco. We have to form a CHS, but builders has some stamp duty on land dues pending which he is not paying to the registrar.
I have to ask that can we go for a society with builder non cooperation. And will there any problem related to stamp duty further if we go for deemed conveyance?
Are there any other problem related to sale of flats and other if we form a CHS with builders non-cooperation?

10 promoters can apply for Registration. Registrar of Cooperative Societies does not have any responsibility under Stamp Act. That is another Registrar.
