I would like to know from which day the authority of the newly elected mg com commences i.e to operate scty affairs / direct the Scty bankers regarding the new signatories, declare date of AGM etc.
a ) is it from day of election & declaration of results OR
b ) from day of committee meeting to select The Office Bearers OR
c ) from date of handover by earlier Mg. Com. & authorisation intimation to bankers.
