I am chairman My society registration number is BOM/GUN(3)/HSG/TC/219 of 93-94 State Maharashtra city Mumbai.
Our Secretary and treasurer have resigned , So we have selected new secretary and Treasurer in MC meeting
In bank changing form both secretary and Chairman has signed but treasurer refuses to sign
Please give alternative for this problem as we cannot do day to day work
