Defaulting members are to be dealt with as provided in the bye Laws. So I suggest you buy a copy of your Society’s registered bye laws from the Society Office (Not from Market) certified by the Secretary that they are in force. This will cost you about 100 Rupees. After going through bye laws if you have any question do write to us extracting text of the relevant bye laws.
Govt cant handle their own problem but govt officers dont want to leave any chance to Curruption so this is the only country in the world babus control private property through back door
Long live cooperative Curruption movement
