I am the Owner of a flat constructed by the Central Government Employees Welfare Housing Organisation CGEWHO, a non-profitable Central Govt Organisation, at Gachibowli,Hyderabad in Telangana State.
There is a Registered Association also registered under the Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act2001 (ActNo. 35 of 2001).
There are 2,3 & 4 bed room flats of different plinth areas in the Residential Complex.
By force, they have been collecting a monthly maintenance rate of Rs 1,500/- at A UNIFORM SLAB RATE FOR ALL THE 2,3 &4 bed-room flats alike. Please let me know if such a collection is legally justified. Some people are quoting your Web Site and are arguing that it is justified. Kindly clarify.

Your flat is in an orgonisation governed by Organsation’s own Rules and to satisfy f this is a correct practice those Rules have be consulted.
