I am from Bangalore (Karnataka) and we have 212 flat in out society and one persona is having 85 flats and we were doing voting for maintenance, what should be format( per sqr ft, hybrid, flat rate) so the person said i have 85 flats and my 85 vote will count.

Extract from THE KARNATAKA CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES ACT, 1959:
- 20 – Vote of members (1) No member of a society shall have more than one vote in the general meeting or in the election of the members of the committee of the co-operative society.
Does this require any comments?
Ask the 85 Flat holder the provision of Cooperative Society Act where he finds that he has 85 votes?
