I am from Kerala. I would like to know the procedures to open a branch of Central Cooperative Bank. How many Board members it requires, the minimum and maximum? Membership from how many states at least?

Central Cooperative Bank can only permit opening its Branch and that too not without prior approval of the RBI. So write to or contact Central Coop Bank with your proposal along with how much funds you can provide the Branch to start in place of your choice.
