Is it mandatory to take oath for Board of Director of Housing Co-Operative Society after declaration of Election result by Returning Officer, appointed by Registrar of West Bengal Co-Operative Society?
Board of Director has not taken any oath as Returning Officer handed over charge of newly elected Directors. Or Every oath is mandatory or Directive?

There is no concept of oath in Cooperatives. But law provides that directors of cooperatives must not be negligent as otherwise the cost of negligence will be recoverable if society is put to any loss. That should take care of oath.
