One “Chintamani Nagari Sahakari Patsansta “ is open on all National Holidays.
My query is whether they are allowed to operate on National Holidays viz. 15th Aug, 26th Jan & 1st May?
If yes, then no issue. If NO, then where can I lodge a complaint & what would be the process?

It is not obligatory NOT to work on national holidays. Let employees participate in functions organised on those days. 1st May being a labor day holiday is a must for labourers.
