We live in a CGHS in East Delhi. Our apartments (and our flat, as a result) was on a loan from DCHFC. My father expired in the year 2000, succumbing to an armed robbery at his workplace. Ever since we have been struggling to keep up with our loan and understand things.
Could you please explain what “Share Money” means and how it is involved with taking the loan for the house.

Share Application Money is an amount paid to the cooperative society seeking membership. This amount is the basis used in determining the maximum amount of loan.
