My father is owning a flat in a Co-op Hsg. Society in Thane. He been paying the maintenance on regular basis without any default.
We have leakage problem in our flat as it on the top floor, which was also reported to the society managing committee in writing.
They proposed us to solve the issue by constructing shed to protect from rain. And also collected Rs. 20,000 to carry out the repairing work.
Now already six months have been passed away, but till date no repairing work is been carried out. And the money is also not refunded.
Can you please help me to know under which law can I can complain against the committee for their negligence.
