The members can decide if they want to get their accounts audited from any body. Cooperative society to which State Society’s Law as well as Part IXB OF the Constitution of India apply is defined as
(c) “co-operative society” means a society registered or deemed to be registered under any law relating to co operative societies for the time being in force in any State; [Article 243ZH (C) of the Constitution of India)
