Sir, we the multi-state cooperative society wish to operate passenger Bus transport services. Can we do so without the permission of concerned state Government ?
“In case of multi-State cooperative society, it can operate in more than one State as a matter of right, under the Act and no permission of any State is required to do its business.” Please advise.

State Transport Rules vary from State to State. MSCS is a central Act. There cannot be any “right across all States” in the matter which is a subject of the State. Take permit from RTO of each State.
How safe is CKP Bank ?

I have large fixed deposits at CKP bank, Mumbai. Given the panic, should I prematurely take out the deposits?
Please let me know

Fixed Deposits up to Rs one lac are insured against risks of bank failure. It is better to spread the amount exceeding this to other banks.
