Can we use our flat in a residential cooperative housing society for conducting classes for adults may be about once a week? Or, for an ayurveda doctor for his clinic? Will there be any legal problem?

A flat meant for residential purposes cannot be put to any other use without prior approval of the Committee. The Committee would also not be able to approve any user change which is under BMC regulations and needs prior approval of the BMC also. Unless original plan approval has mentioned alternative uses of the flats it will never be possible to use residential flats for any purpose other.
