I am from Mumbai I have following questions,
1) 1) can an associate member become secretary or chairman
2) a member is claiming that committee member are wrong and he is taking objection and same person voted for the members who was standing in election who are associate members. and if he vote in election and at that time he wasn’t having problem of associate member standing in election after certain period of time he shoots later to society and registrar for the same.
3) register answer him its internal matter of society you can settle else go in court.
Advise me if the decision taken by associate member is legally enforceable, and void.
4) if they have proceed for redevelopment and if re-election happen can new committee consider old committee decision and proceed further.
Awaiting your reply

2.Old Committee and New Committee is not an issue. Committees have to conduct legally,
