Pune based Vishweshwar Sahakari Bank opened its 31st branch at Market Yard, Kawa Road, Latur district of Maharashtra on Tuesday.
On this occasion, Gurubaba Maharaj Ausekar, Maharashtra’s State Minister Diliprao Deshmukh, Vidyadhar Anaskar, the bank Chairman Anil Gadve, Shreyash Rukeri and others were present.
Sharing the news with Indian Cooperative, Gadve said, “We have opened a new branch at Latur on Tuesday and we are sure that we will get a good response from the local customers. The branch is equipped with all the facilities including an ATM”, he said.
It bears recall that during the FY 2022-23, the bank has received permission to open Branches at Latur, Ichalkaranji and Pirangut.
Meanwhile, the bank crossed the business mix of more than Rs 3000 crore. It had earned a net profit of Rs 16.69 crore as on 31st March 2023.
