The former NCDC’s Chief Director and Additional Registrar of Cooperative Societies R Vanitha has been appointed as the Administrator in the Tamil Nadu based Kancheepuram Central Cooperative Bank.
Vanitha is a known cooperative official as far as National Cooperative circles are concerned. She had come to the National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC) as a Chief Director, on deputation and rendered her services for almost around five years.
Sharing good news with the Indian Cooperative, Vanitha said, “I have been appointed as the administrator in the Kancheepuram Central Cooperative Bank, which is the leading bank of Tamil Nadu. I will make efforts with my team to take the bank to newer heights”, she said.
“I had also worked with the Coimbatore Central Cooperative Bank and the Cheyyar Co-op. Sugar Mills Ltd before joining as chief director, NCDC ”, she informed.
Kancheepuram Central Cooperative Bank is having a business mix of more than Rs 5k crore and having 52 branches. The bank has 5 ATMs and around 255 PACS are connected with Kancheepuram CCB.
