Pune based prestigious cooperative institution- Vamnicom conducted a 2-day residential “Management Development Program for the Empowerment of Women Branch Managers/ Assistant Branch Managers of Pune District Central Cooperative Bank Ltd from (25 – 26 May, 2024).
The program was inaugurated by Sunil Chandere, Vice Chairman, PDCC Bank, Pune and Dr. Hema Yadav, Director VAMNICOM & CICTAB Pune. The course has been coordinated by Vijayashri M. Bhagawati, Assistant Professor & Programme Director.
34 Branch Managers/ Assistant Branch Managers from PDCC bank from Maharashtra are participating in this training program.
The training program aimed to acquire new knowledge, skills, and tools to improve their performance in applying cooperative banking rules.
