Uttarakhand Cooperative Department Additional Registrar Ira Upreti has been given the additional charge of Managing Director of Uttarakhand State Cooperative Bank on Saturday.
Earlier the charge of the MD was with B M Mishra (IAS), Registrar of Cooperative Societies but after his retirement the post was vacant.
Upreti has taken over the charge in the presence of higher officials of the bank. She is a PCS officer of the cooperative service from Uttarakhand Public Service Commission.
