Uttar Pradesh Cooperative Bank Employees Union’s representatives are taking the issues related to the employees of DCCBs of the state seriously. In this context, they not only met the State Cooperation Minister JPS Rathore but also the UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
The demands included, revision of pay scales of the employees of 16 newly licensed District Co-operative Banks, expediting the process of computerization and modernization of DCCBs, new recruitments in co-op banks and other demands.
The employees’ union delegation led by its State General Secretary Sudhir Sharma met the State Cooperation Minister last week and apprised him of the issues related to the bank employees. On this occasion, UP State Cooperative Bank MD Varun Mishra, Uttar Pradesh Sahkari Gram Vikas Bank and others were present.
The delegation earlier also met the UP Chief Secretary Durga Shankar Mishra and apprised him of issues related to the employees of DCCBs.
Meanwhile, in a few DCCBs, employees protested and warned that if their demands were not fulfilled, they would launch an agitation soon.
