The Uralungal Labour Contract Cooperative Society has renovated the Kozhikode Panchayat building and constructed the 300-seater auditorium, reports Hindu.
The district Panchayat has spent Rs 15 crore for the construction work.
A roof-top solar power plant, generator backup and other latest facilities are provided in the new building.
