ULCCS Ltd (Uralungal Labour Contract Cooperative Society-Kerala) has been declared the lowest bidder for a two-lane EPC road project worth Rs 637.71 crore in Kerala through National Competitive Bidding.
Co-operative lender NCDC, mandated with the job of handholding and promoting co-op business across India was one of the first to acknowledge the achievement of the labour cooperative of the country ULCCS.
NCDC twitter handle was one of the first to tweet the news “Uralungal Labour Contract Cooperative Society in Kerala has been declared the lowest bidder for a two lane EPC road project worth Rs 638 cr in Kerala in National Competitive Bidding. The Kerala State Transport Project (KSTP) floated a tender for the project Upgradation of Alappuzha-Changanassery Road into Semi Elevated Highway. The project involved the construction of a 2-lane road Km 0+000 (Changanassery) to Km 24+164 (Alappuzha) including flyovers.
