Rajasthan Urban Cooperative Banks Federation organized an event on the occasion of its 38th foundation day in the presence of state cooperation minister Gautam Dak.
Addressing the participants, Dak said, “Urban cooperative banks have a significant impact on the urban areas of the state. These banks are instrumental in fostering inclusive development for individuals, thereby promoting their economic freedom”, the minister remarked.
He mentioned that through banking, individuals not only contribute to their own economic progress but also indirectly to the development of the state. Any problems hindering the spread of cooperative banking in the state will be resolved soon, the minister assured.
In the meeting, Water Resources Minister Kanhaiya Lal Choudhary, Rajya Sabha MP Rajendra Gehlot, Rajasthan UCBs Federation Chairman Mohan Parashar, Vice President Satish Sareen, Chittorgarh Urban Bank Chairman ML Sethia and other UCBs representatives were present.
