The Lokayukta police in MP caught a senior cooperative inspector red-handed accepting a bribe of Rs 15,000, reports Free Press Journal.
The inspector was taking bribes to stop the investigation of Tilak Nagar cooperative credit society.
It’s worth mentioning that the Co-operative Credit Society president Dilip Borasi was under investigation for his alleged involvement in dubious activities. Borasi had already given Rs 5,000 to the inspector.
