Opposition TDP leader D. Narendra Kumar has accused the YSRCP government of promoting Gujarat milk cooperative Amul at the cost of the cooperative dairy sector” in the State, reports Hindu.
He has charged that the state govt is spending a whopping amount of Rs. 3,000 crore on developing infrastructure for Amul.
Instead, the amount could have been used for reviving the dairy industry in the state, he said. The opposition leader who chairs Sangam dairy was addressing the local media.
