However, the Government of India intends to computerize all the functional PACS, as per the recommendation of the respective State Government”.

In order to digitize Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS), the Government of India has recently approved a project to computerize 63,000 functional PACS across the country including the State of Andhra Pradesh with an outlay of Rs. 2516 crores; wherein hardware, comprehensive ERP solution covering all the services, digitization of legacy data, training and handholding support will be provided to the PACS, Shah informed.
