Karnataka State Souharda Federal Cooperative Ltd., organized a training program on “Managerial Excellence” for its directors and a workshop program to sketch out the Vision 2030 for Souharda Cooperatives and KSSFCL. The program was organized at Mysore on 25,26 and 27th June 2023.
The program was inaugurated by his Holiness Sri. Mukthidananda Swamiji and Presided by Sri G Nanjanguda, President KSSFCL.
In his inaugural remarks, Sri. Mukthidananda Swamiji, said that every person in society should be imbued with Souharda aspirations. The managerial excellence for the director of KSSFCL is a need-based program for the healthy growth of the Souharda movement in the state. He expressed his pleasure at the progress of the Souharda movement of Karnataka.
In his presidential speech, G Nanjangouda, President KSSFCL, described the Souharda movement of Karnataka as unique in the country and said it has made a qualitative growth specially covering youths.
The KSSFCL being a statutory organisation formed under the KSS Act and governed by directors elected by the Souharda cooperatives, they need to be knowledgeable about the worldwide cooperative movement and its laws, rules, regulations etc.
H V Rajeev, Ex MUDA President and Member of the Education committee KSSFCL in his speech said, the Souharda movement of Karnataka is a feather in the cap of the Karnataka Government because of its uniqueness.
Several prominent people including Dr. Yashwanth Dongre, Vice Chancellor, Chanakya University, Dr. A R Srinath, Ex Director, NCUI, attended the program sharing their knowledge with the directors who participated in the training program.
Sharanagouda G Patil, MD, KSSFCL welcomed the guests. G N Patil, Senior director, KSSFCL gave a vote of thanks.
