In the current situation, Maharashtra based Shri Venkatesh Multistate Cooperative Credit Society is also active at ground zero and providing the grocery item kits to the needy in several districts of state.
Sharing the news with Indian Cooperative the society Chairman Abhinath Shinde said, “So far our society has distributed the grocery item packets to the needy in three districts of Maharashtra including Ahmednagar, Aurangabad and Jalna district. The packets have been distributed among 500 needy people”, he informed.
“The Society has distributed the kits containing rice, edible oil, groundnut, salt, gram flour worth Rs 2 lakh. Besides, we are helping the needy in all best possible ways”, he added.
