Ahmednagar (Maharashtra) based Shri Sant Nagebaba Multistate Cooperative Society handed over a cheque of Rs 5 lakh on Tuesday to Machhindra Pathare, an employee and member of Shri Sant Nagebaba Multistate, Tisgaon Branch, who recently suffered a severe accident, resulting in the loss of his leg and permanent disability.

Similarly, in Gangapur, Avinash Popat Helade from Jakhmatha, a member of Nagebaba Multistate Gangapur Branch, received Rs 1,74,935 towards hospital expenses under the Nagebaba Member Security Shield Scheme.

As part of this scheme, the society provides financial assistance of up to Rs 10 lakh to the families of members in case of accidental death and hospital expenses up to Rs 5 lakh in case of accidents.

The society remains committed to social responsibility alongside financial services. Under the leadership of its Founder and President, Kadu Bhau Kale, the cooperative has been actively contributing to the social, religious, educational, and healthcare sectors, ensuring the well-being of its members.

This initiative highlights Nagebaba Multistate’s dedication to supporting its members during difficult times and reinforces its commitment to social welfare and financial empowerment.
