Delhi High Court has stayed the order of the Central Registrar stopping operations of two of Sahara co-ops —Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society and Sahara Credit Co-Operative Society, reports India Legal.
The court said Saharayn will continue its business till the next date of hearing.
The petition argued that that there had been complaints from only 0.06% members out of thousands of members on whose complaints the Authority had acted.
