Sahakar Bharati held three day manthan meeting in Varanasi in which all the top leaders of the co-op organization participated. NAFCUB Vice-Chairman Rambabu Shandilya had also come to participate in the meeting.
From Sahakar Bharati Patron Satish Marathe to its President Jyotindra Mehta to Uday Joshi and others were present in the meeting to strengthen co-op movement in the eastern Uttar Pradesh.
On this occasion “Manthan Team of Sahakar Bharati showered praise on Ghazipur’s Poorvanchal Urban Co-op Bank which has financed over 30000 Women”, wrote Marathe on social media.
Marathe also asked BJP led State govts to take a clue from PM’s statement given during Amul function in which he called co-op model as one of the best in a country like India. Marathe called upon CMs to take proactive steps to rewrite over 100 years old State Co-op Acts to legally and financially empower cooperatives in their respective states.
The three day event brain-stormed on various aspect of co-op movement and vowed to continue the efforts.
