Sahakar Bharti organized a felicitation function in Pune for veteran cooperator and its first secretary Vasantrao Deodhar, who recently turned 80. Sahakar Bharti Patron Satish Marathe shared the details about the function on social media. Vasantrao Deodhar is the first General Secretary of Sahakar Bharati.
Bhaiyyaji Joshi, Sahkaryavaha, RSS and Jyotindrabhai Mehta, President of Sahakar Bharati were invited as Guests. Sanjay Birla, Sahakar Bharti’s State President presided over the function.
Several Cooperators active in the fields of banking, sugar, training, credit, etc were present. Many of Vasantrao Deodhar’s relatives, friends, and well wishers also attended the function.
The function was organised jointly by Sahakar Bharati and the Deodhar family, led by Vasantrao’s nephews – CA Anand and Sunil, BJP’s prabhari for Tripura State.
A Souvenir, edited by Bhalchandra Kulkarni, Editor, Sahakar Sugandh was also released on the occasion. A large number of Sahakar Bharati Karyakartas drawn from various parts of the State were also present on the occasion.
