A new branch office of Rajkot Nagarik Sahakari Bank has opened at Varachha Road in Surat last week. The branch was inaugurated by Shri Lavjobhai Daliya Badshah.
Himanshubhai Bhatt was the guest speaker in a function attended by many cooperators. Also present were the local MLAs Kumarbhai Kanani and Janakbhai Bagdanawala.
Rajkot Nagarik Bank has substantial presence in the town of Rajkot. Its branches are also spread in several districts of Gujarat as well as in Maharashtra with its headquarters at Rajkot.
Two of the cooperative leaders presently active on national cooperative scenario namely Satish Marathe and Jyotindra Mehta have been connected to this UCB since past. They are on the Board of UCB even now.
