Rajasthan Urban Cooperative Bank has relocated its Chandpole Market branch in Jaipur to a new, prime location. The branch was jointly inaugurated by Rajasthan State Assembly Speaker Vasudev Devnani and Cooperation Minister Gautam Dak.
Minister Dak highlighted the progress made in the cooperative movement since the BJP government came to power. He noted that several schemes have been implemented through the cooperative department, adding, “We are going to introduce a new cooperative code to strengthen the cooperative sector. We are working to enhance the banking sector through these efforts.”
Bank Chairman Krishna Kumar Tak shared that Rajasthan Urban Cooperative Bank is one of the oldest banks in the cooperative sector, having been operational since 1961.
The newly relocated branch is equipped with modern facilities. Chairman Tak stated that the bank is working with a long-term vision, with plans to open about 100 similar branches in the future. These branches aim to provide banking services to the general public, particularly the economically weaker sections of society.
