Maharashtra based Raigad District Cooperative Bank won the award in different categories viz,. Best Credit Growth, Best Audit Initiative and Best Investment Initiative at a program organized in Indore, Madhya Pradesh recently.
The award was given by former Union Minister and the head of the committee made for drafting National Cooperative Policy Suresh Prabhu to the bank’s Vice-Chairman Sunil Khaire and CEO Mandar Vartak.
On this occasion, the stalwarts of the cooperative banking sector including Nafcub President Jyotindra Mehta, RBI Central Board Director Satish Marathe and others were present.
The bank is one of the fastest growing DCCBs in India with the bank achieving a total business mix of Rs 3,846 crore as of 31st March 2022. The bank earned a net profit of Rs 23.71 crore in the 2021-22 FY.
