HT reports Chandigarh Markfed recently signed an MoU with the Himachal Pradesh government to sell its products at 5,000 public distribution system (PDS) depots in the state.
The MoU was signed in Shimla. Several top cooperative functionaries were present on the occasion.
Prior to the signing of the MOU Punjab cooperation minister Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa had called on HP chief minister Jai Ram Thakur and discussed the matter.
