Cooperative societies are coming forward in a big way to support the families of the CRPF personnel killed in the Pulwama terror attack, Cooperative societies are also active helping the next of kin of the CRPF Jawans killed in the terror attack.
Maharashtra based Chikhli Urban Cooperative Bank has handed over a cheque of Rs 1 lakh each to the families of Sanjay Rajput of Malkapur and Nitin Rathore of Lonar in Buldhana district of Maharashtra.
The bank has also decided to give 11 percent rate of interest on the deposit to the families of the CRPF jawans who have laid down their lives in the service of the nation. The usual rate of interest the bank gives is only 9 percent.
The bank Chairman Satish Gupta handed over the cheque to the relatives of the CRPF jawans killed. It is to be noted that the employees of Chikhli UCB have contributed their one day salary to the family members of the CRPF personnel who lost their lives in the Pulwama attack.
