Uttarakhand Pradeshik Cooperative Union (PCU) has packed ‘Gangajal’ in two lakh earthen pots and these will be sent to 12 Jyotirlingas as well as other religious places of the country.
Talking to Indian Cooperative, Ram Mehrotra the newly elected Chairman of PCU said, the idea is to provide pure ‘Gangajal’ to the devotees across the country. It will be launched by Union Cooperation Minister Amit Shah during his upcoming visit to Dehradun.
He further said that the price will be around Rs 150 per pot.
